Visitor Guidelines

We Welcome Visitors!

So we hope that you will help us care for our galleries of living plants. The following rules are designed to protect plant life and enhance the experience of all our visitors.

What rules must all visitors follow?

Use established walkways. Do not enter display areas or sit or stand on walls.
Take care not to damage plants and displays.
Do not pick flowers or fruits from any of the plants or trees.
Refrain from activities that block pathways or distract others from viewing the displays.
Proper attire, including shoes and shirt, must be worn at all times.
Running, bike riding, skateboarding, and skating on the grounds and in the Greenhouse are prohibited.
Excessive noise is prohibited.
Photography for personal use is permitted, and tripods are permitted as long as walkways remain passable for visitors.
Wedding photography and photography for commercial use requires a permit. Please contact the Greenhouse Office to make arrangements (216-664-3103).
The Greenhouse is available for weddings by permit only. Please contact the Greenhouse office for information. Wedding receptions and other types of parties are not permitted.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are requested to keep children under supervision at all times.
No pets allowed in the Greenhouse or on Greenhouse grounds, except for service animals.
No smoking or use of a personal vaporizer is permitted anywhere in the park.
The possession or consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
Please help keep the Greenhouse and grounds clean by disposing of trash and recyclables in provided receptacles.
