Taking Photos at Rockefeller Park Greenhouse (RPG)
Nestled in an urban oasis of trees, flowers, and lawns, Rockefeller Park Greenhouse is a popular place for taking photos. Below are policies that apply to all individuals taking still or moving images on the grounds of RPG.
General Guidelines
Visitors may take personal, nonprofessional photographs in all public areas as long as they abide by RPG's Visitor Guidelines. Photographers must follow instructions given by RPG personnel and and may be asked to restrict activities to certain places or times. RPG maintains the right to adjust policies in specific instances.
Personal & Non-Commercial Photos
Family photos, engagement photos, senior pictures, and other types of personal/non-commercial photo shoots are allowed and do not need to be scheduled in advance. However, photographers and participants are required to adhere to RPG's guidelines for these activities.
Wedding & Commercial Photography
Wedding photos and photography that will be used for commercial purposes must be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance and will require a permit. Please contact the Greenhouse Office at 216-664-3103 for information about permits.
